When should I take Buzz Fuel?
Take 1 gel 10-15 minutes before you start, then 1 gel every 50-60 minutes during long runs, rides, or endurance activities. Always follow with water.

How many gels do I need for my race or workout?
A good starting point is 1 gel for every hour of activity. For a marathon, most athletes use 4-6 gels, depending on pace and duration.
Does it contain caffeine?
No. All Buzz Fuel gels are non-caffeinated.
Is it easy on the stomach?
Most athletes handle energy gels well when they’re used the right way, but things like exercise intensity, heat, hydration, and gut sensitivity can still affect your stomach. Taking Buzz Fuel with water and practicing with it in training can help your body adapt and reduce the risk of GI issues on race day.
Shelf life and Storage
Buzz Fuel gels have a shelf life of 8 months. Store in a cool dry place away from any sources of heat.
