Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 working days after the order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Business working days are from Monday - Friday only.

Shipping Timelines

Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

• Metro Manila: 2–5 working days

• Luzon: 3–7 working days

• Visayas and Mindanao: 7–14 working days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.
