Do I need to take it with water?
Yes. We recommend taking every Buzz Fuel gel with water to help with absorption and to maximize performance.
How many gels do I need?
A good starting point is 1 gel for every hour of activity. For a marathon, most athletes use 4-6 gels, depending on pace and duration. Always practice your fueling strategy during training.
Will it upset my stomach?
Most athletes handle energy gels well when they’re used the right way, but things like exercise intensity, heat, hydration, and gut sensitivity can still affect your stomach. Taking Buzz Fuel with water and practicing with it in training can help your body adapt and reduce the risk of GI issues on race day.
